Windows 10 won’t boot

My pc keeps blue screening and says it ran into a problem and it restarts then it says my pc did not start correctly I’ve tried installing windows on a flash drive but no matter how much I try it won’t boot with it. I’ve changed boot priority to the flash drive in bios but it wont work I’ve tried safe mode,turning off automatic restarts and it did not work I’ve tried resetting the pc with advanced options and it just won’t saying there was a problem resetting your pc no changes were made help.
