New CPU

What's the best CPU that I can get on my B450 tomahawk max. Like what's the top generation and CPU that can fit on it. I have a 650w PSU and a DeepCool ak400 cooler. I have a 1660 super but it doesn't matter I will change it anyway.

The best CPU would be the 5800X3D. Its supported but it does require a BIOS update.

5800x3D or 5600x3D. There's also rumors of potential 5500x3D and 5700x3D on the way. 5600x3D is a Microcenter exclusive, so unless you have one nearby, it's probably not worth it.
