I’m not sure if I need to buy a fan controller or fan hub. I’m not sure how many fan headers my mag z790 tomahawk wifi from Msi has and I’m gonna have the h9 flow as a case and planning on filling it with 120mm fans. So 10 fans total I believe. And can someone tell me what the cpu fan dose and what the pump fan dose. Thank you

The MSI mag z790 tomahawk has 6 System Fan Headers for extra fans.
The CPU_FAN1 is for the CPU cooler/radiator fans and PUMP_FAN1 is for the pump on a liquid cooler.

This is the location of each fan header on the motherboard.

I'm not sure if this pump can be modified to a PWM o DC fan mode, but some motherboards allow it. 4 fan headers would be enough at minimum for the case you would be using if you put no more than 3 fans on a header. You need to look at the amperage rating from the motherboard manual and check what it is on the fans you plan to get to be sure you do not go over what is recommended. Usually its 1A for most motherboards, but even 2A or 3A on some new motherboards these days.

With 7 headers on the motherboard it should be easy to work with  You may not need a fan hub or splitter if you buy something Arctic PST fans that can just be daisy chained. There are more expensive options to daisy chain them, but I'm not sure if you want to be paying +$25 per fan.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X   Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi   Case: Deepcool Maxtrexx 70   GPU: RTX 3090   RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3x16GB 3200 MHz   PSU: Super Flower 850W
