automatic shutdown after computers done downloading

So, since I have crummy crummy internet I have to leave my downloads over night, and I was wondering if there's anyway to make my computer automatically turn off when it's done downloading something on steam.

If you can estimate the time, you can use command prompt to time a shutdown.
