ok, thank you for your help

last question for today, is this ram any good?

Not if you want any sort of guarantee that it'll work without manual tuning. Beyond 6000 you need to know what you're doing and understand the downsides of running that fast.

It looks like we answered this for you already.

There is absolutely no reason to get anything other than a tried and true DDR5-6000CL30 kit for unless you already know what you're doing and are prepared to manually tune everything. There is minimal to no real world performance gain in most applications. This discussion comes up a lot, you can read a recent one here.

hello, this is my motherboard and i pair it with ryzen 7700 non x.

i'm little bit noobie at amd systems, so here's my question:

Can this setup handle 7000mhz cl34/32 ram? or should I just buy something else like 6000mhz 30cl

my main goal is gaming + little bit of video editing

thank you

This. If you want the system to just work and get the most you can out of it out of the box, 6000CL30 kit. I like G.Skill's kits with EXPO.

Not what I'd ever buy, but it should work fine. I don't recommend anything but EXPO kits for new users.

Why rather G.Skill? could you explain? their secondary cas latencies are slower

13 months of owning and helping others with this platform, you get an idea of what is the most stable and least problematic. If you already knew you were going to manually tune your RAM then it wouldn't matter but if you're looking for out of the box stability, that's what I suggest.
