DDR5-8000 Help Needed

I have a 14900K, G.Skill DDR5-8000 16x2 A die kit, and a z790 Apex Encore.

 

The voltages are presently the following:

SA 1.275

VDD/VDDQ 1.45/1.45

TX Auto

MC Auto - HWinfo is reading it at 1.4, 1.385 underload.

 

I have been able to get to about 15 hours stable before it gives an error in Karhu. I can pass 100% of the time any test in TM5. I was thinking of trying to change my voltages to the following to try to get it stable:

 

SA 1.28

VDD/VDDQ 1.46/1.46

TX Auto

MC 1.415

 

The main timings that concern me that I assume are too tight are the tRAS, tWCL, and tWRPRE. I think everything else is within the realm of possibility. I understand that some timings once they hit a certain point offer nothing in terms of a performance gain. With that, what do you guys think? Should I keep the timings at what they are now and increase the voltages? Or should I loosen some? If so, which? What kind of performance loss would I expect?

It's honestly probably just the erratic behaviour of the memory controller which is common on both 13th and 14th gen. 

 

It can also be temperature related instability and you may need active cooling for the RAM to get it completely stable. 

 

If it took this long to get error in Karhu then I doubt it's timing related.

I can tell you for sure it's not temperature related. My temps underload never even 30c.

Right, I am. Even when it's a normal 68 f in my home, it only gets to 34 while gaming.

The RAM sits at 34C? And like 55F inside temp? Isnt that a little chilly to sit in comfortably?

What you are seeing is normal for Intel's current memory controler.
