Massive computer newbie needs help with build

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I need a middle ground. I'm working on streaming, editing videos/audio(I have a xlr mic), potentially editing photos and doing gaming as well. 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently have three parts.

GPU: 4080

CPU: 7900x

Cooler: Peerless assassin 120 SE

I currently need to find the rest of the parts I'd like to use, but the three I'm primarily concerned about is the mobo, RAM(32) and the computer case. 

For SSD, I planned on going with Samsung. 

For PSU, I planned on going with be quiet.

 

Any help picking those three parts would be greatly appreciated.
