Help for Motherboard.

Go to solution Solved by Nickolas47,

Hello,

I have decided to buy Intel i3 core 4670 processor but I am confused about the motherboard due to different chipsets. My purpose is gaming like Call Of Duty and Crysis 3. But there is a budget restrain so I want a motherboard for $150 or under. Not intending on Overclocking.

My current board has this form factor (Micro ATX Form Factor; 24.4cm x 19.4cm). And have no idea my case will handle different form factor as i am completely dumb in that matter.

I have rest of things GPU PSU RAM and HDD. And $150 is only for motherboard and do not intend to change the board or processor for next 4-5. So also keep that mind when suggesting Motherboard.

Thank you in Advance guys.

Core i3 4670? Either you meant i3 or i5 4670. Either way, the Gigabyte that @Nickolas47 said would be great.

you probably mean a i5 4670. id agree with the Z97, since when broadwell comes out (the next generation in a few years) you can just replace the cpu and keep that board

Guys i have a problem currently Z97 isn't available in my country and supposedly will not until 2015. So can you refer me an alternate for Z97.

Z87 isn't bad, the Z97 is a "tick" in Intel's pattern.

Yeah It's a tick but unfortunately it isn't available till 2015 in my Country. I contacted the distributor of Gigabyte and told me that they will have it in 2015. So i guess i have to go for Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H. If anyone of you know a better board in Z87 in my price range i would like to take that in consideration.

Thank again.
