PC Windows system files missing/damaged?

My PC system files seem to be damaged/missing, and I have tried everything whether it was trying to install new windows or reseting my PC i already lost all my files because I just want to be able to run my PC but it wont work. Whenever downloading drivers trying to fix the problem I get Critical Process died and dont know what to do. Need some desperate help lol
