Just checking if there would be any problems with any of these parts. also wondering if I should downgrade the cpu and upgrade the gpu. Currently im playing Rust which is mainly a cpu game.

List looks good.  You don't need extra thermal paste, the cooler comes with its own tube of paste 🙂

Going with a 13600k is not a bad thing, you can upgrade the GPU later without worrying about major CPU bottleneck. Good upgrade path.

The Enermax is a quality PSU and 850w is plenty of power, even for more higher end builds.

One can always tweak around to save a dollar or two but overall the list looks good.

A couple of flaws in your build. That board is going to struggle with that cpu due to it's poor VRM's. Thermal throttling is a real thing with Intel 12/13/14 gen cpu's. Second that dual tower cpu cooler isn't going to clear that RGB RAM. Size up on your SSD and look for one that has DRAM cache. Last but not least you can save a few euros on the psu.

Try this.
