Green screen when I boot up computer

And the power supply randomly turns off during use.

 

Edit: It's back to normal... I fixed some connections and restarted the computer. Whew.

Uhh.. not sure where to start. I have an external psu setup with a graphics card connected. The psu isn't connected to the motherboard and has a paperclip as a jumper. It fell out as I was using my computer, so I readjusted it. Now, display on my computer is just green. Is this a problem with the graphics card or the power supply?
