Budget (including currency): $1800(I already have peripherals and windows 11 usb so I just need PC components.)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to be able to run 1440p very well in any game pretty much, as well as just normal college work.

Other details I have all peripherals as well as a 165hz monitor 2560x1440
