Looks good, apart from the motherboard not having m.2 support, but since you already have it it´s not necessarily worth changing.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.

That cooler is overkill. Also seems like you're paying for a 7800XT for more than a 4070. That's just not worth it, get the 4070 it's the overall better card by far and you'll have DLSS.

Also you need to buy a used motherboared that supports an NVMe and buy that instead of the overkill cooler.

Save your money and keep it as is. No need to change the board unnecesary expensive and you wont benefit from a nvme drive.

The only part maybe worth cha ging is the case since this one has quite poor airlfow

Any particular reason for picking the Asus Tuf card? There seems to be much cheaper options there too that will performance the same.

Nah, it's all mostly the same. Only warranty matters and how companies honor them. Fan noise is pretty much the same between all cards specially if you set you fan curves right. Coil whine could be a concern but not with the 4070 and even then that's just luck and you could have coil whine with the most expensive ones as well.
