Black screen when Installing Gpu

I have been building a Pc for my friend to stream on for the past 2 weeks

 

I have set up the Pc and installed windows 11 but if the gpu is plugged in the screen will go black after a few seconds of trying to log into windows. Sometime I can log in but the same thing happens

 

Right now I have the gpu in the pc but booted into safe mode to disable it via device manager. 

I think I have downloaded the right driver for it. 

I have also checked the bios settings and they are fine. 

 

Any help would be appreciated

Processor    12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K   3.20 GHz
Installed RAM    32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
GPU: Geforce RTX 3080
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edit: I disabled the gpu and installed a driver via geforce experience and it worked for a good hour, and then black screen
