Need help with a decision.

I am looking at building a second pc to sell. I am on a tight budget so I found a cpu (i7 6700) with a motherboard. Now my cpu (i5 8500) is in a asus h310m-k which has no m.2 slots, now the motherboard coming with the new cpu (i7 6700) has 2. I want opinions on what I should do. Either swap out the motherboard and downgrade my cpu but increase storage capabilities, or keep my current setup with the limited storage capabilities, or anything that you can recommend. Everything else on the motherboard is the same E.g. ddr4 ram. Please help!
