What would be a good value graphics card to get on sale for Black Friday? Built the computer late 2020, so I just reused a graphics card I already had due to the prices.

Budget (including currency): $300 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Hopefully Starfield, Forza, Fortnite, etc. (potentially some engineering applications)

Specs: 

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Current GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RX 560
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 (3200MHz)
Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD
