Hello. I just did a similar Build List for someone else here yesterday.

This new Build will be current for many years. If you ever needed to upgrade anything then the only parts would be to add more Storage and a better GPU.

If you have any questions for me please ask and I can be reached here or if you prefer a quicker response then you can text me on Discord. Here is my Discord: Wizardsnapper#2772

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor  (€367.98 @ Mindfactory)
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler  (€55.81 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5 Motherboard  (€225.90 @ Alza)
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory  (€97.90 @ Alternate)
Storage: Crucial P5 Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  (€56.29 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: XFX Speedster SWFT 319 Radeon RX 6800 16 GB Video Card  (€407.99 @ Mindfactory)
Case: Montech AIR 903 MAX ATX Mid Tower Case  (€75.89 @ Caseking)
Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 PE 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€199.35 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €1487.11

The list looks good but I made a few changes.

1. Got a RX 7700xt below MSRP so more performance.

2. Got 2TB of more storage to store more games and dev files.

3. Got 16GB of RAM because it is more than enough for today and in the future.

4. Got a cheaper but still good PSU.

Um you also have the choice to buy a used gpu like a 3090/3080 which is great value. But if you want to go brand new than that should be good
