Budget (including currency): absolute max can't negotiate is Rp. 23.000.000 (rupiah) or about $1400-$1500

Country: Indonesia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: any games in general probably 1440p, I need cuda cores for maybe study about deeplearning and Ai stuff (still don't know but in general those things) and I read that deeplearning stuff need cuda cores and can't use Rocm?, definitely gonna do content creation with RVC (you know that github voice changer stuff)

Other details

So the dilemma is I got a 3 choice that fall in within the budget for part whether Ryzen 5 7500f with Rtx 3080 ti(used), or Ryzen 5 7600 with 3080 (used), or Ryzen 7 7700 with 2080 ti (used)

in general it goes

Cpu : those 3?

Mobo : Asrock b650m pro RS

Cooler : Coolmoon Aosor as600 (more or less same price with ak400 but come with 6 heatpipes)

Memory : 16x2 PNY Mako DDR5 6000mhz cl36?

Storage : Team Mp44L gen4 1tb & silicon power a60 256gb

GPU : those 3?

PSU : thermaltake gf1 750w 80+ gold

Case : Lian Li 205m mesh/ coolermaster cmp320

Main Monitor : Titan Army 27G1 QHD 144hz

Secondary : anything laying around I guess

Im actually wondering for my usage which cpu and gpu would be better, I'm open for other suggestion I don't really care bout ray tracing and stuff but from what I've read I probably need cuda cores so Nvidia for the gpu, for cpu tho I thought amd is beast with non X line up but if u have suggestion that I might want to change to Intel it's okay, my budget is supposed to include monitor too (main and second) I mean using and Rp as an currency is probably hard for u to recommend something, for peripheral tho if my budget allows it then fine but if not I can just use my old mice and keyboard but definitely need mic and webcam for it (u don't need to recommend the peripheral I guess in here option pretty limited) don't care bout none of those theme just black and ARGB set to white or something

Main point is which cpu and you should I go if that's my option, if not what should I change? Thank you

Hi there,

I personally would chose the middle option 7600 with 3080. BUT! you'll need a stronger PSU to be safe and not running on the edge of that 750 watts.

the 2080 well first rtx cards more like meh if you want to run raytracing in games. Even though the strongest chosen cpu 20 series is meh...

3080ti with the slowest cpu... hm nah.

So 7600 with 3080 should be the way to go. This should give you the best "bang for the buck" imho.

Cheers

Ang
