can someone please tell me if this is good for gaming/streaming and video editing as im new to computers. also give suggestions such as make sure you get at least x sticks of ram. also if someone could link a cooling system that is dead silent and still extremely effective that would be much appreciated. also please point out if im missing anything that would be useful such as thermal paste or an ssd card

What's your budget? Something like this would take you miles ahead for not that much extra.

Buy windows key from a reseller. Only real very rare downside is you can't transfer the key to a new PC when you build it in the future. Have a look:

Btw thermal paste should come preapplied with cooler you buy. No need to buy extra unless you smear it all over till there's none left.

If you pick better value parts, you can easily have 4070 or 7800xt instead of considerably slower 4060ti.

Lets make it a bit more complicated with 7600 and 4070ti as an option too if you have a 1440p monitor as then cpu will have less influence than having a 20% faster gpu as you are gpu bottlenecked even with the 7600.
