I'm hoping to downsize the footprint of my pc while not losing any performance. Looking to exchange my ASUS ProArt Z790-Creator WiFi 6E ATX. It's been great, but it's too chonky.

What do you feel about the MSI MPG Z790I EDGE WIFI LGA 1700 Intel Z790 Mini ITX? I like the smaller size, including the 2 DDR5 slots (cant get 4 sticks stable faster than 5800 anyways) Any better price conscious mobo suggestions?

Use: immersive 1440 gaming (max settings Cyberpunk 2077) and semi-proffesional music production. May upgrade to 4k later.

Components:  CPU: 13900k  Graphics: MSI Suprim Liquid 4090  RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 7000

Not as concerned about: Overclocking is fun but I'm not trying to compete or anything. Colors and lights are lowest priority, less is more.

Oh and let me know if this should be in a different thread. 🙏

Thanks for any advice!
