ok i have a simmilar gpu a gtx 1650 that i have overclocked to be better than a gtx 1080 ti

In my eyes your not experiencing lag you experiancing fps instabillity this occurs when

  1. You have a psu that cant supply enough watts or power to your gpu
  2. Maybe you tried overclocking your gpu beyond stability if you havent overclocked it then dont try to overclock it
  3. You have a cpu bottleneck this happens when your cpu cannot handle the frames your gpu is making try setting a fps cap in the settings
  4. A old and degraded gpu, graphics cards degrade over time and this is worst case scenario so dont think about this too much k

I can help you more if you can give me more specs such as mother board, power supply cpu, temps etc.

Nope, the system would crash, not just throttle.

I see no problem with psu here.

Well not really if a gpu needs 100 watts at full utizillization but only 95 watts were supplied to it it wouldnt crash just not go to full load also it isnt throtling he is experiencing fps instability it goes from 112 to 60 you can see it in the video

I think you ment 230 watts but if that is the wattage that is definetly too low you arent getting the max performance out of your pc here's another question what is the amount of ram you have and wheather you have a ssd or hdd

You might be pretty confused right now i think its a driver issue go download geforce experience and you should see drivers in the top right corner click on it and then click the button that say express installation this is going to give you the latest drivers games are built upon the latest drivers
