I just recently built a PC and everything was working fine except for maybe a slow startup. Recently about 75% of the time I turn on my PC I will get hit with 96C temps, my MOBO program displays my AIO as 0RPM but I can still see all my fans spinning. I did some research for common issues and  I followed the most common solution which was to update the bios. After doing that there were no changes i'll include images of the PC as well as screenshots of the fan speeds. I would appreciate any help thank you!

Is the pump itself running? The fans can be running, but they're going to be reported differently from the pump. It looks like it should be running, but if it's hitting 96 degrees C, the pump could be turning off or slowing down. It looks like you have it plugged into the CPU_FAN header, correct?

How can I tell if the pump itself is running? Yes I do have it plugged into the CPU_FAN header.

The pump housing should be vibrating and/or you should be able to hear the actual motor when putting your ear near it.
