Budget (including currency): ~ 2000$ (20000kr)

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Path of Exile | Minecraft, heavily modded(250+ mods) | Tomb raider | World of Warcraft | Teamfight tactics(LoL chess) | Emulation of gaming consoles | Streaming to my own TV(personal use) | Photoshop | Heavy Google Chrome (at least 30 tabs)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc.):
I have no existing parts that I can use.
I never tried to use anything else but 1080p so as long as I can get 60fps I'm fairly happy.
That being said, I will of course test playing in 1440p, but if I cant get stable 60fps It wouldn't bother me too much to change back to 1080p.
I want to add however, that I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to malware etc. so I tend to run an automatic full system scans every night, it's scheduled for when I'm asleep, it tends to take 5–7 hours normally, even longer if I set Ad Aware to low usage, which I tried yesterday, and it took 15 hours.
I would like to keep this going on the new PC, hopefully the new build allows for faster scanning speeds, seeing as I can't really use my the PC while its scanning, it tends to use all resources unless I manually set it to low before it starts.

Current build:
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G4600 @ 3.60GHz   3.60 GHz
RAM: 32,0 GB DDR4
GPU: 1050ti

New build:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JVLBrv

CPU: Intel Core i5-13600KF 3.5 GHz 14-Core
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 Black CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B760-F GAMING WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston FURY Beast RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000  CL36 Memory
Storage: Kingston Fury Renegade 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive x2
GPU: Palit Dual GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Asus TUF Gaming 1000G 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Case Fan: be quiet! Silent Wings 4 120 mm Fan x6

Some info:
I went with this CPU simply because it's just better than mine by a large margin, also economy cores is something that sounds really amazing with how I tend to use my system. I also read somewhere that it helps tremendously while emulating consoles, which is a big plus.
I was going to go with a peerless assassin cooler, but it's out of stock on the site I'm using, but honestly I prefer this one anyway, the fans included are even the same ones I'm using as case fans, so It's going to be as quiet as the rest of the system.
The Motherboard I choose simply because it's currently the cheapest board with Wi-Fi that can fit all my parts.
I choose to grab 64GB ram because of Minecraft, even then I know 64GB is overkill, but it opens the option of also hosting my own Minecraft server, and seeing as I tend to play Mudpacks with 250+ mods, just running the client alone sometimes require 14GB ram.
The SSDs I choose simply because it's the cheapest 2TB SSD currently, and It's very fast, hopefully this will help with load screens and Scanning the PC.
Now, when it comes to the GPU I went with a 3060 12gb, because it's the cheapest of the ones I'm looking at, which is 3060 12gb, 6700 XT, and 6750 XT.
Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Dual 12GB LHR= 3600kr (340$)
PowerColor Radeon RX 6700XT Fighter 12GB= 4500kr (425$)
ASUS DUAL Radeon RX 6750 XT 12G OC= 5700kr (540$)
And yes, the prices are high, plainly put, our country is doing quite badly at the moment.
I went with the 4000D Case because it's very cheap, has truly amazing reviews, and it looks very future-proof, also easy to build in.
I went with a higher than needed PSU because according to the rankings and reviews it will be quieter even on max use of my system, it's also highly ranked on the PSU rankings, plus its has 10 years Warranty, and it leaves me open for upgrades in the future without having to change PSU.

So, any tips? I'm thinking about getting the 6750 XT instead of the 3060 because its from ASUS, and I have never heard of Palit, nor PowerColor before, but that would max out my budget.
Also, I wont be building the PC myself, I'm paying the place I'm buying this from to build and test the system for me, which means I have to buy everything from the same supplier, that being said, we don't really have that many suppliers that offer this service to being with in Sweden, its basically 2 sites that are available for us.
Anything else I should think about, I think I've done my research, but I get paranoid about this stuff easily, would the change to the 6750 be worth it?

Good CPU choice, but the rest was all over the place imo

Weak cooler for a 13600K

Expensive board, and not even Z790...

Useless amount of RAM, 32GB will be more than required for your use

Case with lot of fan slots but no fans, then add 6 expensive fans, for a total >250USD...

Weak GPU

Overkill PSU

I'd suggest this rather

Seems ok, maybe going with a slightly better cooler. Mobo is a little overkill. U have put two 2tb ssd do u really need so much storage? Also there is nothing wrong with using less-known brands for gpu just read a review before buying it to make sure it isn’t a terrible product. Also I don’t think u need so many fans, 6 super quiet fans are still gonna be louder than 3 super quiet fans and u don’t need those 6. Also PSU is a lot higher wattage than what I’d get a 750w or even 850w is more than enough and instead maybe u could go with better quality PSU or better gpu (keep in mind 80+ don’t mean quality but efficiency, 80+gold is perfect for a build like this and this PSU is good but maybe u could go for a sea sonic or other A Tier PSU). I’d recommend the 6700Xt over 3060 but if it’s over budget 3060 will perform well enough. Also if u still want to go for a six fan config u should buy a hub or a bunch of Y splitters since I doubt ur mobo is gonna have so much headers. Also keep in mind clearance, always check ram clearance with ur cooler (i think in this case it will fit but I’m not 100% sure), gpu clearance with case (in this case it will fit) and PSU clearance with case (in this case will also fit).

I'm sorry if i made any spelling mistakes, i'm not an English speaker.

Thanks for the answers! some good info was given, my main question would be, is there a way to determine if the Cooler I've selected is good enough for the cpu im getting? any site or something that checks that?

Also, I dont think some of you red the thread completely, I need to buy everything from the same supplier seeing as I cant build the PC myself, so these PC picker lists, while cool, arent really an option im afraid.

Frankly, since you didn't mention any merchants by name and the pcpartpicker list provided was not restricted to one merchant it's very difficult to satisfy your request.

Does the merchant you want to use have a web site?

No easy method. You can lookup Intel CPU thermal limits at ark.intel.com. But those limits are for stock power limits. AMD CPU thermals are expressed as a single TDP and found in the specifications page of each CPU.

Unlocked current gen Intel CPU generally need about 250W of cooling. Roughly a 6 heat pipe tower cooler or a two fan AIO. This is overly simplified but should serve as a guide.

It's better to get more cooling performance as current CPU adjust clocks to keep the chip within a safe thermal zone. As a result a less than optimal cooler will generally result in lower performance.
