Well I would get the r9 270. It has newer technology, mantle support as well as better DX support (660 might get better support in the future though).

 

The r9 270 has a fairly low power consumption and if you get the MSI Twin Frozr IV card, it will be silent too!

I know it is German, but you can see that the R9 270 even beats the GTX660ti, so it should beat the 660 as well.
