Disable option to quit Teams

MrBaker89

Good Afternoon all,

I have been asked to look into a way of stopping users at work from closing teams. I have it set via GPO to auto start when the user logs on.

I looked at starting it as a service, however I get the following error:

Does anyone have any other options I could use for this?

TIA

Update:

I've tried using the WinSW method but get the error:

I have made sure that it uses my admin account to logon with.

Windows cannot run a normal executable file. It needs to be registered through SCM (service control manager) which is a major pain and I have no idea how this works.

Luckily  there are pre-built third-party OPENSOURCE utilities that does the hard work for you.

The most popular are SrvStart and NSSM (the non-sucking service manager)

Here is a link that will help you configure a service with "SrvStart"
