Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

- CPU: Intel i7

- RAM: 32GB RAM sounds good

- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070Ti

- SSD: 1TB (it will be cool if it can have RGB)

- PSU: not sure about it, something to work with the configuration

- Motherboard: something to work with all of these

- Monitor: already got a 4K 240Hz monitor

- Case: need to get a new one as well

- Cooler: must get those too 

I need this configuration for gaming; no bottleneck

For games only, if you do any sorf of productivity then get the 13700K and similarly priced motherboard instead.
