Help choosing compatable parts for computer

Computer topic

Hey guys, I am building my first computer and need help seeing if all of these parts will work, I am building this computer with my dad. We tried installing a graphics card in a hp computer but failed at it, so he is unsure about letting me build it. Anyway, here are the parts:

Os- windows 7

Gpu- Sapphire r9 270

Ram- HyperX 8gb 1600 MHz

CPU- Intel i5 4670k

You need a power supply too. A decent 500w Corsair/Seasonic unit should be fine.

Also a DVD drive if you aren't copying the windows installer to a USB.

Get a cheaper core i5 if you are not overclocking!

Main PC:

ASUS F1A55-M LX, AMD A6-3500, (2x2)gb Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600mhz, Seagate Barracuda 500gb 7200rpm, 
 Corsair CX430M, Cooler Master Elite 343, Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Netbook:

Lenovo Ideapad S10-2, Intel Atom N280, (1x1)gb DDR2 667mhz, WD Scorpio Blue 250gb 5400rpm, Zorin OS 9 Lite

You're getting a K version CPU, so I suggest you either get a z87(not H87) mobo or you buy the non-K version CPU.

I also noticed you didn't put a cpu cooler. Are you gonna use stock?

You also wanna buy a DVD drive if you're gonna install windows 7 on a disc.

Thanks I will look into that :3 I have an old disk drive.
