Every time I try to mod a case I end up nearly losing an eye in a horrible dremel accident. I've learned my lesson.

My case is heavily modded. I took an ooooold case that originally housed a P4 system, flipped the rear plate, and motherboard tray, essentially making an RATX case so I could have a bottom mounted power supply. Then I cut a bunch of cable management holes and went on my merry way. Eventually, I ended up zip-tying 3 fans on the inside for MOAR AIRFLOW!! Then I came to the conclusion that it was too loud, so I took 1 out, disconnected one (left it installed blocking airflow xD), and left the third in the optical bays with some tape. Fast forward about 2 months to a weekend with too much free time and nothing to do, and I realize that I feel like painting my case. I go ahead and completely disassemble my case, sand it, and leave it there disassembled until the next weekend. I then cut a hole to mount a fan in front of the hard drives, paint, reassemble, and that's where I am now.
