Hello world,

 

need help wondering how to get rid of this "used space" on my ram from the original G.Skill RipJaws 16gb (2x8gb) Cl 16-19-19-39  3600mhz 1.35V Dual Channel which later I 

  added    Jan. 2023     32 gb (2x16gb).       Always found it odd that it says it has something stored but theres nothing when I open the drive. THANKS..!!

Most likely the partition table of the disk.

 

Depending on how the disk is formatted (e.g. NTFS), that partition type comes with some overhead where it stores an internal table to keep track of which files exist and where they are. So even if the drive itself is empty, it needs to keep track of itself being empty.
