can anyone help solve my impossible problem!!!!!!!

installed windows and restarted the computer and when i get to the login screen it flickers and doesn't let me do anything and i have to manually shut it down. it dos this ever time i restart

 

things i have tryed that i could think of off the top of my head:

 

repair boot

windows refresh

windows repair

boots in safe mode

boots if i go into boot options and try usb

dosent boot if i just hit the power button

tryed re-installing windows 

checked all hardware for defects 

windows 7 works fine on the computer

installed drivers on first install

it works as long as i have been doing windows updates, and as soon as it finishes doing that it has this problem

GPU  :Gigabyte Geforce GXT 760

MB   :ASRock 970-PRO3-R2 

SSD  :Intel 120GB SSD 520 Series 

HDD  :Western Digital 1TB Caviar Blue

DVD  :Lite-On DH-24AESH 

PSU  :Corsair" CX-500M

RAM  :Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Value Select DIMM 11-11-11-30

CPU C:Aywun RADI A1-V10 BLACK EDITION CPU

OS   :Microsoft Windows 8.1

Do a clean install of Windows, it usually works for me but i have a back-up.

Download a new windows iso file and use a usb pen, a fresh installation of windows would solve this problem.
