New pc boot problem

Just got parts to built a pc, and I’ve built it outside the case and everytime I boot it with a screwdriver all lights turn on but no screen and the motherboard says there is a boot problem. 
I have tried resetting the ram using different ram and the same for the gpu, and I’ve reseated the cpu and still the same problem an someone help

Omfg I am so stupid, I had my monitor on the wrong channel. That’s what I get for trying to built this drunk

this might be a silly question. Is the storage drive installed/connected? If you can get to the bios youre more than likely good on the main build other wise. Probably just cant find the boot manager for your OS.

Had a m.2 installed but the monitor didn’t turn on so tried a bunch of stuff to fix it even another storage but didn’t work. The issue was monitor being on wrong channel and not connecting. 
thanks for your concern it all worked great now I believe I’ll send a after built report when I am finished
