So I am currently picking out the parts to build my friend a pc and his price range is between 1200 to 1500 USD (in America).  He plans on playing some simple games on it like fortnite and valorant but I still want to give him the best pc for his budget.  My current list that I have selected for him is under $1000 so I am here to ask for help deciding what I upgrade.

The 13100 is not a good value when the 12400f is $20 more.  Nor is the 3060 at all anymore.  You're spending too much on sttuff that doesn't really matter.
