Chrome Synce issue

Built a new system today and everything went great until getting to chrome.

 

Was able to sync and import my bookmarks while installing. Don't know what I did or didn't do, but now it won't sync or let me visit any website.

Keeps saying:

 

"website" unexpectedly closed the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

 

Thankfully I was able to import my bookmarks into Bing and still visit those websites. So that tells me it's something with Chrome.

I don't know if it matters but for some reason windows does not like my product key. Says it was installed on another computer, even though the package was sealed.

Nevermind, seems reinstalling it worked. This time I selected to delete browser files.
