I have a $1000 budget and live in the USA. I want to get a really nice looking fully white with rgb pc that offers great performance at HD. I play CS:GO, Minecraft, Roblox, and more. I want to start making games with Unity and really want a good setup. I already am going for a white aesthetic with RGB. I want an AIO with an LCD screen (like the NZXT Kraken Elite), and all of the RGB fans to match. I also don’t have Ethernet nearby so I need Wireless networking.

Heres my parts list on PcPartPicker:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/V69ph3

Feel free to tell me what I did wrong and what I should add instead.

I would recommend replacing the 980 pro with a p3 plus. It won't be quite as fast but still gen 4 and you won't really notice a difference. You can then either pocket the money saved or spend a little more on the GPU.

I found a 3060 ti that you could upgrade to for the money you saved.

With that budget you can either have a good rig or a bling rig but hardly both... 😛

Did my best, a tad overbudget but it will have  a ton more performance and look good

While I like the idea of a p3, I feel like that specific GPU would be a downgrade in performance. This GPU has only 8gb whereas the one currently on my build is 12gb. Still, I will switch to a p3.

Thanks for your help!

You could also look into amd gpus or buying used. Both would give you a much bigger bang for your buck. Nvidia used gpus can be found for really good prices and amd can get you great value if you want to buy used.

I know that people like buying used but I have really bad experiences used. All used products I got were always really crappy and broken. I have looked into buying AMD GPUs and like the 6700. I found one for the same price as this, but it has only 10gb, so I don’t think that it’s worth it over this.

While this a nice build, I’m looking for a white aesthetic with tons of RGB. This is great bang for the buck but I do care a lot about aesthetic and unfortunately most of these parts don’t have white versions 😕

Wow, this build seems really good! I was looking for a fast motherboard and the WI-FI version of this one seems great. There’s just a few things: I don’t really like the look of the case, I chose the thermaltake PSU because it comes with white extensions and is cheaper and the GPU is too expensive.
Overall, there are definitely some things I am taking over to my build, and thanks so much!
