PC not booting up

So I'm building my first gaming pc with a 7800X3D on a gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax motherboard. I did a bios update first thing with nothing installed on the board and started building when it finished updating, now when I have everything installed and go to power on my psu a white light turns on for a split second then turns off and nothing is getting power. I did a bios update with everything installed and the cooler fans started but no display still. I checked the wires and uninstalled everything and put back on and still nothing at all. I'd like any ideas I could do to help figure out this problem thank you.

Which revision of the board do you have, because it's possible you installed the bios for a different revision of the motherboard.
