KVM suggestion help

I am looking for a KVM that can do the following and not having much luck.

1. supports 1440p

2. supports high refresh like 144hz

3. has audio switching with 3.5mm jacks.

4. Display port or HDMI (prefer DP)

5. Not some pro-sumer level thing that costs 1000 bucks.

6. has a wired button that can be placed else where to switch.

7. only needs to handle 2 machines.

sshould add, I know I could just get a 3.5mm audio switcher but I want to be absolutely sure which PC I am hearing and controlling. I don't even want to take the chance that one is using the keyboard/mouse/monitor while the audio is still coming from the other machine.

How many monitors (just one)?
As for audio, how about a usb sound card with 3.5mm jack? That would simplify things.

I have a sound card that is most likely better than some USB thing. just one monitor.
