The pins and the card look fairly corroded. You could try cleaning the pins with alcohol as a first step. You could potentially fix them by adding additional material (if it no longer works as-is after cleaning), if you have the skill. Otherwise, you could hand it to a repair shop, but the question is if the repair would cost more than a new card.
