Problem Fixed! Nothing was toast, I had Two PCI-e cables and I tought one of them was EPS and one of them was PCI-e a quick consult with the manual proved me wrong, connected the EPS connector instead of the PCI-e connector and it was fixed. Most likely nothing was toast because of the Short-Circuit Protection on my PSU.
