Right now the 8350 is 160 on newegg which is the cheapest i've seen while 8320 is 142 on ncix. Should i get the 8350 while its so cheap? Here is my build:http://pcpartpicker.com/user/darkn3ss/saved/4CET

Also if anyone can reccomend a good am3+ motherboard that is cheaper then the asus m5a99x that would help me a lot

If you're not looking to run Crossfire/SLI, this mobo is a bit cheaper.

The only difference is the clock speed. People usually get the 8320 and OC it to 8350 levels. You could also get the 8350 and OC it further, for e-peen reasons.

I'm just gona get the 8350 since its on sale for 160. ty all
