New System Bootlooping

so a collegue of mine just build a system and it keeps restarting 

the gigabyte logo flashes but nothing more then it restarts

 

Ryzen 7700x

gigabyte a620 ax

gskill 32gb 6000Mhz

ek 240 aio

samsung 990 pro

"You know it'll clock down as soon as it hits 40°C, right?" - "Yeah ... but it doesnt hit 40°C ... ever  😄"

 

GPU: MSI GTX1080 Ti Aero @ 2 GHz (watercooled) CPU: Ryzen 5600X (watercooled) RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz Corsair LPX MB: Gigabyte B550i PSU: Corsair SF750 Case: Hyte Revolt 3

Definitely try a cpu reseat. Has your colleague also made sure all the power cables are plugged in correctly?

so we are able to go to bios. so its just that theres no boot device so it reboots

 

but

 

it doesnt seem to want to boot from usb, it shows the usb in boot menu but doesnt boot into windows setup

try selecting your m.2 ssd as the first boot device. if that doesn't work then contact support
