Hello everyone.

My friend has a computer with some pretty decent specs. A 4070 TI, a X570S UD, A Ryzen 9 3500X, And 32 gigs of ram. Now, I was talking to him just fine, and suddenly, he goes offline. I message him to find out what was going on, and suddenly, he tells me that his computer essentially turns on, the bios screen appears, and the windows "Automatic Repair" thing shows up. It lasts for less than a second, and then the computer power cycles, with the fans going to max RPM.

We've tried a few troubleshooting steps. The usual unplug and plug back in, we've even tried to load a Windows Boot Drive from a USB, and it didn't work, it just power cycled the moment we selected it. We've also tried Flashing the BIOS to the latest version, with the same, repeating issue.

In BIOS, every single PC component is detected. GPU works fine, CPU works fine, everything works, except this. It was a really sudden thing too.

Before we turn to customer support, I'd thought i'd ask here. Any assistance will be gladly appreciated!
