4090 making whinny noise?

Hello all. I have a 4090 FE and I noticed that when I put a load on it I hear a terrible whine. Could it be the fans or an internal component. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks all!

It's a hidden miniature horse, whinnying every time it gets hot.
