Pretty meh due to only a 4070 but the ti is vramless so either a 4080, used 3090, or a 7900xtx

 

Used 3090 should be able to fit in your budget as theyre around the price of new 4070, alot more vram and quite abit better than a 4070

 

Ssd is horrifically overpriced look for a 4tb around the 150-220$ range

 

Usecase?

14900k and 192gb ram looks more like a workstation than a gaming rig

Not very good.  You are spending $570 on RAM, $600 on a CPU (and a $130 cooler), and $300 on an SSD.  Unless you have a VERY specific use case, most of this is a total waste of money.

Very specific case. Work computer and needs maximum ram and fastest single thread cpu to run simulations on it, company specifically requested 192gigs, and storage because photographer/videographer so always low on space.

Then you need to specify why 192GB. In most common people's head this is just Lightroom/Photoshop that can barely scale 64GB in most high res photo.

I doubt you need a Z790 board. Most people don't overclock and I think you'd be included.
