Does the ryzen 5 7600 support windows 11

I just built a pc and it says windows 11 is not supported, I put windows on a boot usb (can someone tell me how to do it correctly) and I entered my key and it says this pc doesnt support windows 11

Software needs to support hardware, not the other way around. In any case, for Windows 11 you need to have Secure Boot and TPM enabled in BIOS, which is most likely what's causing it to say not supported right now.

What Eigenvektor said. I have a R9 5900X and I'm legitimately on Windows 11 without the workarounds to avoid the check. I have enabled both TPM and secure boot and, voilà! Compatible!

Do I Always have to enter the tpm code when i boot my pc?

You shouldn't need to enter a code after enabling it. It's simply a chip⁽¹⁾ that can securely store keys if, for example, you enable full disk encryption like Bitlocker.
