DDR5 6000 CL30 ain't too expensive and should do nicely, AFAIK there's no point in anything faster. G.Skill's Ripjaws V kits are usually on the cheaper end, look nice, and G.Skill tends to make good RAM kits so I'd go for that unless you want RGB or something.

Maybe go for the 6400 CL32 kits instead as they are more likely to be Hynix 16Gb A die and overclock better. Given they're running an Apex, if they're not manually overclocking their memory they're using it wrong. The XMP should be considered non-existent if you own a board like that, only the memory kit's IC should matter when picking a kit.

I was thinking of getting the latest Corsair Dominator Titanium at 6400 CL32, sure it isn't a given that it'll be Hynix A die but if it is, I can play around and see if I can clock them to 6800

M die (the other die that can be found in 6400CL32) will go for 6800 no problem, so that's not really an issue. My main problem with the Dominator kits is just how expensive they are compared to everything else.

Are there any timing guides specifically for Dominator kits? I tried looking through Buildzoid's channel but it's not easy to find

They're just Hynix based kits, they aren't really that special. If they're A die, follow a guide for A die. If they're M die, follow a guide for M die.
