You should use DDU to uninstall your old drivers

Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) download version 18.0.6.8 (guru3d.com)

Im not sure but others can advise both yourself and me, your RAM, it should work better seated in the slots one over. You have it in slots 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4. Seat RAM in slots 2 and 4 for better performance from the RAM

and an M.2 drive may also increase performance, not sure if you have one with the heatsinks in the way but i do see a sata cable

Also yes driver update/reinstall like everyone else has said should solve some issues

System specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D [-30 PBO all core]

GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX NITRO+

Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL32 DDR5

Storage: 2TB SN850X, 1TB SN850 w/ heatsink, 500GB P5 Plus (OS Storage)

Case: 5000D AIRFLOW

Cooler: Thermalright Frost Commander 140

PSU: Corsair RM850e

Case Fans: Fractal Prisma (120 x6, 140 x3) + 2x40mm fans

Grand for the M.2! should have buttery quick loading times. For the RAM i doubt there will be too much difference to be honest, but there should be a very small uplift in performance, you probably wont notice it, but will also be nicer aesthetically (imo) on top of that. But for the game performance issue, other than drivers im not sure, it looks like everything is seated properly and should be running right from a hardware POV, from what i can see at least
