Fractal Torrent Compact Top of Case Cord Plug In Spot?

Hey everyone, 

 

I am building my first pc in a fractal torrent compact, I have everything set up and it turns on and temps are normal. 
 

I have a  Z790-P PRIME WiFi Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard

And i cant find where to plug in this last cord that starts at the top of the case. Its not apart of the psu. It came attached to the case and it attaches to a metal plate on the top of the case where the psu compartment is. 
 

To me it looks like a grounding cord but i dont know where it plugs into on the motherboard. 
 

Any thoughts? (I attached an image of the plug and where it starts at the top of the case)

Looks like this cable?  This is from the Cases manual.

That's an rgb header and you need to find a header on your mobo called the 3 pin argb header
