What happened was:

 

You broke your card. You tried to RMA it. They received it, tested it, it worked, and they sent it back.

 

They are checking for defects on their end..

 

I understand you want to new plug, but you will probably have to pay a third party to do it.

 

Unless you can specifically arrange a repair with them.. not sure about that tbh..
