I do not know what cooler to get for this build, i only know the expensive good ones, Noctua nh d15, dark rock 4, etc

MOBO: Gigabyte H610M S2H DDR4

GPU: RX 6600 pulse

RAM: Corsair 32gb(2x16)

SSD: Kingston A400 1T

PSU: Corsair RM650 80+ Gold

The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 is a good option for the cooler, although I am not sure how you would order it in your region.

You should go for an M.2 SSD like the Samsung 970 Evo.

Also can you specify what Corsair ram?

Drop down to a 13400F, it's still plenty fast and a friendlier fit to a 6600XT. Either saves you money or you can but the money saved into other parts that might be needed like a better GPU, ak400 cooler or a modular PSU, etc.
