Flight SIM cards 2080ti

I want to set up a flight sim with 8 displays (4, 55” tv’s and 4, 16 inch touch screens) I currently have one 2080ti in my build. Would it be possible to throw in the NV 810 and run the touch screen displays or would I need a second 2080ti for the for the 8 total displays? The touch screens are only going to have flight instruments on them with nothing graphics intensive on them.
